About the Role

Dominium Management Services, LLC is a leading affordable housing development and property management company. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Union Flats, a 217-unit apartment community in St. Paul, MN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train site maintenance personnel to ensure the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property
  • Monitor property for repairs or replacements and complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
  • Perform preventative maintenance on property and assess and repair appliances as needed
  • Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents and create a safe work environment
  • Occasional on-call duties
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in maintenance preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
  • HVAC and EPA experience preferred
  • CPO certification preferred
  • Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
