About the Role

At DarkStar Intelligence LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled HUMINT Targeting Expert to join our team. As a Junior-HUMINT Targeting Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering and enhancing the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) HUMINT Targeting course.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Delivery: Develop, support, and deliver comprehensive instruction on all aspects of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
  • Lecture Leadership: Lead course delivery with authority over HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with guest lecturers to ensure cohesive, high-quality course content.
  • Maintenance: Maintain the professionalism, accuracy, and completeness of all instructional materials.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Demonstrate a deep understanding of HUMINT Targeting, including applicable DoD policies, legal frameworks, methodologies, and associated IT system requirements.
  • Career Development: Possess a thorough knowledge of the career development path for DIA HUMINT Targeting Officers.
  • Curriculum Oversight: Oversee, evaluate, and synchronize curriculum segments within the HUMINT training program.
  • Instruction: Instruct students on HUMINT operations and their application in conducting HUMINT Targeting analysis across various targets.

Requirements:

  • Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI.
  • Polygraph Preference: Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of applied HUMINT Targeting experience as a certified HUMINT professional within the Department of Defense (DoD), including expertise in pattern-of-life, social network, and human factors analysis.
  • Teaching Ability: Ability to teach students the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT Targeting analysis across diverse targets.
  • HUMINT Cycle Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the HUMINT Targeting cycle and its role in supporting HUMINT operations.
  • Certification: Graduate of a recognized Intelligence Community (IC) HUMINT Targeting course, such as the Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), Targeting Certification Board (TCB), or equivalent IC-level certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 – $105,000 per annum. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, income protection, retirement planning, work-life support, and paid time off.
