Job Title: Corporate Litigation Expert

About the Company:

EOTM - Partners Professional is a leading international law firm representing top financial institutions and Fortune Global 500 companies.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role:

This full-time position is for a Senior Paralegal with at least 5 years of litigation experience to work closely with legal assistants and clerks in Washington D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform work efficiently and cost-effectively to permit the Firm to collect fees for such work.
  • Meet expectations of billable hours targets.
  • Coordinate, organize, prepare, and interpret complex legal documents related to litigation matters.
  • Organize, review, and maintain documents and case files; compile documents for filing with courts and agencies.
  • Conduct electronic document reviews and eDiscovery tasks.
  • Deposition preparation and factual research in internal and external databases and libraries.
  • Partner and coordinate with internal resources and outside vendor services.
  • Work overtime as required; travel as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Paralegal experience (required).
  • At least 5 years' litigation experience (required).
  • Trial/Arbitration/Mediation experience (required).
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate (preferred).
