YOUR MISSION
We are transforming spacecraft systems and are seeking a candidate who is passionate about software and emerging technologies. You will gain comprehensive experience throughout all phases of the spacecraft program, including design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, and flight.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop work plans and manage non-compliance reports (NCRs) for production operations.
- Oversee calibration and certification records for tools, MGSE, and EGSE.
- Provide technical support and engineering guidance to the technician team.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Manage testing equipment such as thermal vacuum chambers, vibration tables, and thermal chambers.
- Prepare and review procurement and process documentation for production workflows.
- Create work schedules and manage the workload for the technician team.
- Assemble spacecraft kits for expedited production.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in the production of complex hardware, preferably in the aerospace sector.
- Familiarity with PLM, MES, and configuration and data management systems.
- Experience adhering to AS9100 processes and standards.
- Background in space production and complex assembly engineering.
- Experience in building and producing classified hardware in secure facilities.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to maintain or obtain TS/SCI clearance.

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000
- Equity and Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, and Parental Leave.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position is primarily onsite, with flexible work hours, including remote options. The work environment may include various factors affecting working conditions.
