Job Summary:

Tesla Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Document Digitization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for digitizing highly classified hard copy documents into electronic documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use high-speed document scanners to digitize highly classified hard copy documents into electronic documents.
  • Disassemble and prepare documents for scanning.
  • Verify the readability of the resulting electronic document.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the scanning machine to ensure readability of electronic documents.
  • Reassemble hard copy documents for storage.
  • Tag newly-scanned electronic documents to be searchable by 3 fields.
  • Work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Function as part of an integrated team sharing products, best practices, and information across the portfolio.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have Active TS SCI + Poly.
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Previous IC experience.
  • Experience handling highly sensitive documents.
  • Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple assignments at once, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction from supervisors or clients.
  • High attention to detail.
