Job Summary:
Tesla Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Document Digitization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the digitization of highly classified hard copy documents using high-speed document scanners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and prepare documents for scanning to ensure accurate and efficient digitization.
- Verify the readability of the resulting electronic documents and make necessary adjustments to the scanning machine to ensure optimal results.
- Reassemble hard copy documents for secure storage and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Tag newly-scanned electronic documents to be searchable by relevant fields and ensure seamless integration with our portfolio.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of an integrated team, sharing best practices and information across the organization.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have Active TS/SCI + Poly clearance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and handling highly sensitive documents is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple assignments, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and provide proactive support to supervisors and clients.
