Healthcare Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education plans to enhance coworker knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with coworkers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
- Analyze data to identify potential quality issues and report findings to the management team.
- Communicate changes and updates to coworkers and provide education as needed.
- Recommend performance improvement opportunities and collaborate with the management team to implement changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Masters degree in Healthcare related field or MSN preferred.
- Current Indiana state license as an RN.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- 3-5 years care management experience preferably in Home Health, Ambulatory Care, Community Public Health, Case Management, and Coordinating Care across multiple settings and with multiple providers.
Required Skills:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
