Healthcare Communications Specialist

In this role, you will represent our top biotechnology client in various projects via inbound/outbound telecommunication. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent quality standards, adhering to program scripts and guidelines, and accurately collecting information required by individual programs.
Salary: $18 per hour

Job Description As a Healthcare Communications Specialist, you will work closely with our client to provide empathetic communication and tele-management skills to callers. You will also possess effective organizational skills, including working with multiple projects simultaneously, and adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Inbound Call Center experience required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse.
