Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Medication Aide - QMA to join our team in Indiana. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for managing medications, monitoring resident reactions, and providing daily care activities. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage medications according to doctors' orders and state regulations.
  • Monitor residents' reactions to medication and document accurately.
  • Lend a helping hand with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Keep accurate records of provided care.
  • Participate in care planning to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Treat residents with respect, ensuring their safety and comfort.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program, and certification as a Medication Aide - QMA in Indiana. Previous healthcare experience is essential, along with top-notch communication and people skills. A compassionate, patient-centered approach is crucial for success in this position.
