Field Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business by developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop solutions to address them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting employee training using various instructional techniques and delivery methods
- Assisting in the development and scaling of enablement activities throughout the year
- Identifying project roadblocks, researching root causes, and managing resolution
- Maintaining scheduled deadlines and providing detailed training and initiative status reports
