BigBear Inc is seeking a client-facing Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in leveraging financial data and processes to deliver meaningful insight to our customers.

This role is hybrid/remote and requires an active Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards using SAP-FM, Qlik, Oracle, and Power BI.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from various feeder systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, providing guidance and support to end-users.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses, reconciliations, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Offer financial advisory services to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on expert analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the DoD or government sector.
  • An Active Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in SAP-FM, Oracle, or SQL, and Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI, with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
  • Experience working with transaction details in government financial accounting systems.
  • Experience interpreting financial reports, performing financial statement analysis, and providing recommendations.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
