- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on front office operations and guest feedback.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in a hotel front desk position, with previous management experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in hotel software systems, including reservations and reporting systems.
