Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
