Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will work with raw materials to complete mix formulas, mix ingredients to complete batches, and package materials or palletize for shipping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure all product produced meets product specifications, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish high performance standards in housekeeping, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), American Institute of Baking (AIB), International Food Standard (IFS), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements.
  • Operate auxiliary equipment as needed for each respective function.
  • Communicate quality, safety, scheduling, and food safety issues to lead or supervisor.
  • Maintain workstations and keep them clean and organized.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
