Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer to join our team at InfoVision Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Enterprise Teams Voice installations, ensuring seamless communication solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Teams voice solutions, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with telephony providers and third-party vendors to enable advanced voice features in Microsoft Teams.
  • Work closely with administrators for other workloads, including networking, identity, licensing, security, and compliance.
  • Provide consultation and planning guidance for moderate to large complex projects/programs.
  • Identify and evaluate projects/programs/initiatives and design processes that enhance and rationalize existing and upcoming solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a technology-related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in identifying technical solutions for complex business problems, identifying benefits and risks, and providing recommendations.
  • 5 years of experience mentoring another technologist.
