Job Title: Global Supply Manager, Electrical

At SpaceX, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in space exploration. As a Global Supply Manager, Electrical, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our mission by leading the procurement and supply chain efforts for our electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze supplier spending and capacity to inform strategic procurement decisions
  • Lead supplier quality, development, and performance teams to execute the strategic procurement vision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design for manufacturability reviews and value engineering initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of electrical components
  • Resolve purchase order discrepancies and invoice issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyze procurement data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain management
  • 5+ years of direct leadership or experience leading/managing a team
  • Proven track record of leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and skills in current technologies and applications, e.g. MS Office Suite, SQL, Access, etc.
