Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at HYTORC, an industry leader with great innovation.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling duties and responsibilities relating to warehouse functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill orders by processing sales contracts in SAP, picking, packing and shipping.
  • Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory levels and communicate errors/issues to supervisor for review.
  • Responsible for transferring inventory to and from our various locations and tracking inbound and outbound shipments. Process all inventory transfers in SAP.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment by performing routine checks to ensure it is safe and in good working order.
  • Complete tests on tensioning equipment and Calibration of Manual Wrenches to ensure they are operating within standards, and complete required documentation in Resolv and Hy-Cal systems.
  • Backup for Rental/Demo including outbound and inbound processes in SAP and shipments.
  • Assist in answering incoming calls or emails from customers or sales team.
  • Greet customers, area managers and territory managers for in-house equipment pick-up, and assist with equipment inquiries.
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes within the organization.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards for warehouse and office.
  • Work with Branch Manager to maintain and institute corporate practices and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of prior office / warehouse and customer service experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have clean and valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
