Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bridging business units and development teams, assessing customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business units and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the pharmaceutical domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Develop and execute plans to ensure efficient delivery of results, meeting business expectations.
• Coordinate collaboration between business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams, and Project teams.
• Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with development and technical teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience performing the SAP Business Systems Analyst role.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
• Experience with IDOCs and Integrations.

Power BI

• Strong expertise in creating interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Data Modeling and Integration.
• Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
• Ability to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Proven ability to learn new skills, technologies, and convey knowledge.

Compensation

The starting pay range for this remote role is $71,532 - $149,026. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
