Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a BA/BSA on an Agile Scrum Team.
  • Experience eliciting business needs/requirements through various techniques and translating business needs into User Stories and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in agile/SAFe.
  • CBAP certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
