Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Representative to join our team at GF Health Products, Inc. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position working 9:30 AM-6:00 PM EST.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal/communication/problem-solving skills (both verbal and written).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and communicate product information.
- Troubleshoot basic product issues and assist customers with shipping concerns.
- Document all interactions in the appropriate software system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve various topics.
Qualifications:
- An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and ability to learn other software systems.
- A strong independent work ethic and ability to multitask.
