About the Role

B3 Commercial Management LLC is seeking an experienced Condo and Commercial Real Estate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office condominium associations and commercial medical offices owned by individuals or groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Income and Expense Control: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to property ownership, including monitoring income and expenses, and making recommendations for cost savings.
  2. Tenant Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with tenants, including email, notices, and other correspondence.
  3. Lease Management: Monitor lease expirations, negotiate renewals and expansions, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  4. Property Services: Coordinate maintenance services, inspect properties, and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including tenant profiles, vendor contact lists, and financial reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management or commercial condominium management. You should have thorough knowledge of accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable, commercial financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.

A valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current liability insurance are required. Preference will be given to licensed commercial real estate agents for landlord representation.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also includes benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
