The Role

As a key member of the Live Nation Entertainment team, the Event Services staff will work closely with all departments to provide exceptional guest experiences at our venues. This flexible position requires a team player who can assist in various aspects of event operations.

  • Assist with guest ingress and access control to non-public areas
  • Support the checking of personal items as guests enter the venue
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Verify tickets and credentials to control access to designated areas
  • Proactively assist guests to ensure a memorable experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing directions
  • Help enforce venue policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is highly valued
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays from May to September
  • Position requires frequent walking and standing
