We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our ground-up construction projects, specifically a $40M+ ground-up multifamily project in Denton, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ground-up construction, preferably with a focus on student housing and/or multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of wood frame construction techniques and materials.
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore.
