SCHEDULE

14/14 hitch (12 Hour Shifts)

POSITION SUMMARY: Offshore Operations SupportKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate offshore operations in collaboration with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre.
  • Organize meetings and engage with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project protocols, processes, and IT tools.
  • Assist Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams as necessary.
  • Manage the Offshore management system and contribute to lessons learned/change requests.
  • Participate in general lessons learned sessions.
SPECIFIC TASKS
  • Plan and coordinate construction, marine, and helicopter operations, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Lead and facilitate the Daily Planning Meeting.
  • Collaborate with contractors to minimize operational conflicts.
  • Coordinate with the Marine Helicopter Coordination Centre regarding the execution of planned activities.
  • Oversee and allocate custody (time and space) effectively.
  • Engage in daily discussions with contractors and vessel masters to ensure adherence to site procedures and the Offshore Management System (OMS).
  • Ensure all vessel masters and helicopter pilots complete necessary inductions.
  • Support the construction manager with various tasks as needed.
  • Chair and participate in interface and kickoff meetings with contractors.
  • Ensure personnel are authorized within the OMS.
  • Assist with VCC checklist and issuance of VCC.
  • Collaborate with HSE team members on findings, investigations, and safety initiatives.
  • Provide insights for lessons learned for future projects.
  • Train new Offshore Support personnel.
  • Train the Operations & Maintenance site planning team.
  • Monitor and control all cargo going offshore, including necessary declarations to relevant authorities.
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES
  • CTV/Helicopter Manifest for personnel tracking.
  • SOMS Training Documentation.
  • Reports on vessel/helicopter performance.
  • Daily coordination and execution plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • GWO Certification.
  • BOSIET/HUET (CA-EBS included).
  • OGUK (Chester Step).
CONTRACT DURATION

1.5 years with potential for extension or conversion.
