Field Service Supervisor

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Field Service Foreperson to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising Field Technicians and ensuring the successful execution of projects and emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Field Technicians to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Execute projects and emergency responses within budget and on time.
- Enforce and ensure OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with the Coordinator to coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a physically intensive role.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Ability to travel for extended periods and be on-call for emergency responses.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous heavy equipment experience.
- Previous environmental and/or industrial experience.
- Commercial driver's license.
