Job Title: Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing crews of field individuals on commercial roofing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing crews of field individuals on commercial roofing sites
• Identifying safety-related issues and correcting those issues, including ensuring all crew members meet OSHA safety standards
• Working with project supervisors to set daily goals and directing the crew to meet those goals
• Coordinating project activities with interior operations of the building
• Protecting the building and building content for any projects being worked on
• Understanding the overall roof assembly being installed and overseeing the installation of materials into a complete and functional roofing system
• Communicating with crew members, project supervisors, and business owners
• Maintaining project sites in a neat and orderly fashion

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial roof experience
• Experience in communicating with clients and representing a reputable company
• Management experience with field individuals
