Customer Success Manager

BogeGroup is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and completing funding consulting services to our clients, while collecting remaining balances for those services.
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and committed to continuous self-improvement. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled and any concerns are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and complete over 40 active clients per month
- Collect payments owed for consulting services
- Obtain client testimonials once funding is complete
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and businesses
- Communicate with clients and self-book appointments to consult clients based on what they need
Requirements:
- Strong ability to communicate with clients regarding BogeGroup Financial Consulting Solutions
- Ability to meet or exceed quotas of clients completely delivered, remaining balance of the services and number of testimonials
- Have strong emotional intelligence
- Competency in talking to people interested in different business ventures from all walks of life
We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the challenges of the role. Our team is supportive and collaborative, and we value mutual success and support.
Compensation:
- Starting base: $3,500 a month
- Bonus #1: $500 for every $25,000 milestone collected towards the remaining balance of the program
- Bonus #2: $50 per completed funding cycle (regardless of results)
- Bonus #3: $100 per video testimonial completed
