Franbassador is a premier influencer marketing firm dedicated to enhancing awareness of franchise opportunities through a robust network of influencers and affiliates. Our unique methodology connects franchise brands with an engaged community, fostering partnerships that stimulate business growth.

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented individual to take on the role of Brand Success Manager. In this capacity, you will cultivate relationships with franchise brands, manage the Franbassador Studio application concerning brand satisfaction, and ensure the success of our partnered brands. Additionally, you will supervise a Franchise Development Manager, who will handle the nurturing and development systems for candidates introduced to the brands within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Attract new franchise brands to your portfolio through various recruitment strategies, including trade shows, expos, LinkedIn outreach, emails, calls, and networking.
  • Franchise Brand Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with franchise brands to comprehend their goals and objectives. Collaborate with them to devise effective influencer marketing strategies that align with their franchise development plans.
  • Franbassador Studio Oversight: Manage the Franbassador app in relation to the brand's experience. Engage proactively with IT to initiate enhancements and necessary adjustments to meet ongoing brand needs.
  • Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize franchise development initiatives with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Communication: Clearly articulate the Franbassador value proposition to both existing and emerging franchise brands. Thoroughly grasp and convey the impact Franbassador has on the brands' candidate acquisition costs, marketing expenditures, and expansion strategies.
  • Success Metrics Evaluation: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for brands and prospective candidates, identifying improvement areas and implementing growth strategies. Work with internal teams to share insights that contribute to the overall success of brands and the platform.
  • Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding journey for new franchise brands joining Franbassador. Understand brand requirements and objectives to ensure a seamless integration into the Franbassador ecosystem and a successful match with relevant ambassadors.
Compensation

Compensation is based on the collective performance of the team, including your role. Currently, we do not offer a salary but anticipate doing so within six months.

Compensation range: $69,000-$116,000
- Commissions for each brand you onboard
- Commissions on Franchise Development Sales
- Residual payouts after 12 months
- Bonuses based on company profitability

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Franchise Development
  • Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or franchise development.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Analytical mindset capable of making data-driven decisions.
