POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary goal of this role is to deliver friendly and efficient support to ensure an outstanding dining experience for all patrons by assisting the servers in their tasks. Each Food Service Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service while collaborating with team members to achieve the same.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, working closely with the serving staff.
  • Perform necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Prepare coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and iced tea as required by business needs.
  • Provide ice to fill the server's cooler as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server line area, ensuring surfaces, utensils, and containers are regularly cleaned.
  • Observe and monitor guests' dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Be ready to assist colleagues as situations arise.
  • Be available to step in as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Exemplary grooming standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.
  • Full-time applicants should consider Keke's as their main place of employment.
  • All employees must wear dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on their first day.
  • No visible tattoos when wearing a short-sleeve polo shirt.
