As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the export process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and efficient operational service is provided to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Export Process Management: Manage the export process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and all customer needs are met.
  • Customer Liaison: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Communication: Use the most appropriate method of communication when being the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring clear and timely communication of shipment information.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is received within the designated time frame and correct documentation is on file.
  • Supply Chain Management: Liaise between Suppliers, Forwarders, and agents to obtain up-to-date shipment information and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Transportation: Provide transport companies with the relevant information to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the operations team to continually improve processes and business performance, achieving personal objectives and understanding and adhering to all Woodland policies and procedures relevant to the role.
