The Sales Executive will focus on fluid power and automation sales in the designated region, aiming to nurture existing client relationships while acquiring new customers.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide technical guidance to clients, assisting in the design of fluid power and automation systems tailored to their specific requirements.

Develop and strengthen partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to enhance sales and establish long-term relationships.

Manage interactions with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, purchasing, operations, and senior management, to demonstrate how Hydraquip can add value through customized solutions.

Engage with clients through scheduled meetings and calls to identify their needs and potential opportunities.

Actively pursue new business prospects and increase revenue through effective networking and outreach efforts.

Document client interactions and progress using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, adhering to company protocols.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for all clients within your assigned territory.

Prepare and present customized sales forecasts and strategic business plans.

Promote a variety of service programs, including system repairs, inspections, and maintenance solutions.

Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to maintain a competitive advantage and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all services and solutions provided.

Respond promptly to internal information requests and comply with company reporting standards.

Collaborate with sales management to create essential sales documentation and tools to support business objectives.


Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to ISO 9001 standards by supporting the Quality Policy and meeting Quality Management System goals.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Industrial Distribution is preferred.

Certification as a Fluid Power Specialist is advantageous.

Other relevant technical certifications or degrees may be considered.

EXPERIENCE
Six to nine years of experience in sales or technical support roles may be accepted in lieu of formal education.

Prior experience in hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, or automotive repair is highly desirable.

Experience in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong sales capabilities.

Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

Commitment to safe work practices.

In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and/or hydrostatic components, lubrication systems, fluid conveyance, equipment operations, and mechanical functions.

Basic understanding of marketing principles.
