About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Inspiration Mobility Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our CEO and driving business growth through effective operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic support to the CEO, including preparing for meetings, developing presentations, and analyzing data.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic operations or business development role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the transportation and energy industries.
