Position Overview
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization. This individual will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Deputy Director, serving as a vital partner in strategic operations and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on optimal resource allocation to support the organization's mission.
  • Designing, implementing, and overseeing operational procedures to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for all financial, operational, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinating with financial affairs on grants, contracts, and revenue-generating agreements.
  • Supporting human resources functions, including managing the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining and updating internal operational systems to enhance efficiency.

Work Interactions
This role will report directly to the Deputy Director and will be an integral member of the senior leadership team. Regular interactions will occur with all staff members and various university officials, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in administration, operations, finance, or human resources.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • A self-driven work ethic with a strong capacity for collaboration.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
