1. Execution and review of non-catalogue purchase orders and standard contracts.
2. Management of individual and batch journal entries along with internal charges.
3. Development and oversight of service center budgets and rates.
4. Providing guidance on sole source justification and capital asset purchases.
5. Conducting financial reviews and approvals for travel expenses and basic fund management.

This role requires collaboration with departmental employees and functional office staff, ensuring a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. The Finance Coordinator operates under general supervision and is expected to leverage technology to enhance service delivery.
