Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques to drive business decisions and optimize media and web analytics.
- Collaborate with account teams and clients to design and develop data capture processes, report design, and implementation.
- Work with various data sources to evolve metrics and measure the effectiveness of campaigns across all channels.
- Lead business development efforts by working with partners and clients to develop new analytical methodologies and drive revenue growth.
- Provide marketing performance analysis for client engagements, understanding client goals and requirements, and designing tailored analytic approaches.
- Develop client tools and services, such as modeling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis, to support programs and creative solutions.
- Work closely with the team to make specific and actionable client recommendations and drive additional client engagements.
- Develop data strategies, including data capture, triggers, and decisioning.
- Partner across the enterprise to access information and drive strategies and implementation.
- Lead the analytic group in project management and resource allocation.
- Cultivate relationships with staff, internal partners, and clients.
- Marshal change to align with department and organizational vision.
- Manage a team of 4-6 employees.
- Promote process and organizational efficiency through automation.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence, with a focus on analytics.
- Experience in the digital media space is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to apply cutting-edge analytics techniques to business problems and leverage external thinking.
- Ability to translate data into insights that understand customer needs and behavioral drivers.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, segmentation, value analysis, and reporting for web site, online advertising, social media, mobile, email campaigns, and e-commerce activity.
- Ability to contribute expertise and lead efforts in advanced analytics techniques and ad effectiveness research and analysis.
- Track record of implementing operational excellence in an analytics function.
- Leadership with conviction and proposing new paths based on analysis findings.
- Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries.
- Strong analytical skills, reporting, dashboarding, modeling, and advanced analytics experience.
