About the Role

Peach Health Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Assist with Daily Tasks: Help residents with meal preparation, transportation, and other daily tasks as needed.
  • Monitor Resident Well-being: Observe residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the Charge Nurse.
  • Participate in Care Planning: Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and participate in care team meetings.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the physical environment is safe and clean, and report any hazards or concerns to the management team.
Requirements
  • Certification: Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the state.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents, as well as stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
