Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans and provide care to clients in their homes

Requirements
  • Unencumbered license as a Practical Nurse in the state of practice
  • One year of nursing experience required; three years preferred
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
