Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct group therapy sessions for patients enrolled in our rehabilitation program.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for group members to share their experiences, challenges, and progress.
  • Develop and implement group therapy curriculum based on evidence-based practices and individual treatment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote self-awareness, coping skills, and emotional regulation within the group.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other treatment providers.
