Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct group therapy sessions for patients enrolled in our rehabilitation program.

Requirements
  • Certification as a Group Facilitator or equivalent in a recognized modality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating therapeutic groups, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong understanding of group dynamics, group therapy theories, and evidence-based practices.
  • Knowledge of addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other treatment providers.
