Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate customer records and conduct in-depth analyses to promote long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service across any industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A strong interest in becoming knowledgeable about plumbing repairs and our product offerings.
