**Requirements:**

* High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
* Bilingual, Spanish speaking is preferred
* Two years' relevant experience in a professional, customer-centric role required; professional experience in a legal environment preferred
* Demonstrated ability to review and understand basic medical records and terminology required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools required; knowledge of Case Management software (e.g., Filevine) preferred
* Familiarity with auto insurance claims process preferred
