Photographer/Editor Opportunity

Minnesotabroadcasters is seeking a skilled Photographer/Editor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content and editing daily stories under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Shoot news and sports stories in a creative and accurate manner
  • Set up lighting and audio as needed
  • Edit daily stories using non-linear editing systems
  • Work with reporters and producers to create visually appealing stories
  • Operate ENG news vans and maintain equipment
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Sony XDCAM, Panasonic P-2, or similar ENG systems
  • Non-linear editing skills on Edius, FCP X, Avid, or similar systems
  • Valid MN driver's license
  • Ability to carry and shoot with a broadcast ENG camera (25 lbs. or more)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two to five years of experience as a photojournalist in a medium to major market
  • FAA Part 107 license and flight experience
