Asset Marketing Services is seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics that enhance our brand and engage our audience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Design landing pages and other website pages that captivate our audience.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with our Director, Brand & Creative, marketing team, ecommerce team, and digital solutions team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
  • Create intuitive and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience on digital platforms.
  • Design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital media.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in digital graphic design.
  • Refined design sensibility, strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with user-centered design and testing.
  • Experience with Figma and UI design is a plus.
  • Experience with Magento Page Builder is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
