Job Opportunity

Career-minded individuals are invited to apply for a tenure-track position in the Department of Prosthodontics at Creighton University School of Dentistry.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the curriculum, particularly in preclinical courses and labs, as well as the clinic.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of didactic and clinical curricula.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication, to advance the field of prosthodontics.
  • Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and mentorship of students.
Qualifications
  • Specialty certification in Prosthodontics from a US accredited program.
  • DDS or DMD degree or equivalent degree from an international program, along with completion of an ADA accredited clinical specialty program.
  • Successful completion of Part I and Part II of the National Board Dental Examination or Integrated Board prior to the date of hire.
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nebraska and credentialing from applicable third-party payer systems.
  • 2-4 years prior teaching experience.
  • Prosthodontic specialty degree or private practice with documented experience in Prosthodontics is preferred but not mandatory. General dentists are also encouraged to apply.
