Job Description

SureStaff LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mail Distribution Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mail Processing: Sort, process, and distribute internal and external mail, parcels, express shipments, and heavy freight in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Equipment Operation: Operate automated mailing, shipping, and copier equipment to ensure smooth mailroom operations.
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to research requests and ensuring prompt delivery of mail and packages.
  4. Mailroom Maintenance: Perform daily preventive maintenance on vehicles and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless mailroom operations and maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High school graduate or equivalent and one year of related work experience.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in computer software applications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Working Conditions: The work environment varies from a normal office environment to a noisy production mailroom and/or receiving and shipping docks.
