Compensation:
$21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience

Overview of the Role:

Under the supervision of the CFO and Senior Accountants, the Purchasing Specialist is tasked with the preparation of precise and timely financial journals and reports in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

The role requires maintaining accurate records for accounting reports, fostering a positive work environment, projecting a professional image to stakeholders, and adhering to company policies and procedures.


Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting) or equivalent experience in Accounting.
- Familiarity with Accounting Principles.
- Strong Data Analysis Skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent Critical Thinking Abilities.
- Competence with Computer Applications and Accounting Software.
- This position requires onsite work; remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Wex Fuel Cards.
- Download and review Bank Dailies.
- Monitor and generate invoices for all clearing account transactions.
- Process and analyze monthly Accounts Receivable statements.
- Coordinate weekly grocery orders by building.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with various procurement tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
