We are looking for a prominent Hospitality Service Representative for a part-time position. As the initial point of interaction for our visitors, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer support. In the absence of management, you will oversee daily operations to uphold exceptional standards.

Compensation:
Hourly wage determined by experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Part-time schedule averaging 25-27 hours weekly
- Oversee daily property functions including bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service
- Conduct property tours and secure reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of accommodations
- Address security requirements for guests and the property
- Assist with cleaning duties and laundry tasks
- Adhere to emergency protocols and manage inventory
- Promote services and amenities to guests
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector
- Familiarity with lodging management systems
- Strong communication abilities
- Capability to prioritize responsibilities and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism is advantageous
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb stairs, kneel, and ascend ladders
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 20 lbs
- Standing for prolonged periods
