Problem Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Problem Resolution Specialist to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits of all Specimen Processing processes to ensure the department maintains high standards in quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits of Specimen Processing processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Identify and document defects in the data entry process
- Generate daily reports on quality to department supervisors
- Collaborate with various departments to research and resolve issues
- Provide feedback to supervisors and managers on problems arising
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
