Experience Required:
1. One to three years of experience in telephone or community/public interaction with a focus on customer service.
2. Experience in healthcare, familiarity with medical terminology, and knowledge of managed care are preferred.
3. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
4. Proven computer skills with experience in multiple databases, as well as proficiency in Internet usage, word processing, spreadsheets, and email are required.

Education:
A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
