Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Veterinary Client Care Specialist (also known as Client Service Representative) to enhance our growing team.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A genuine passion for assisting both people and pets
  • A strong commitment to ethical and compassionate care
  • A positive demeanor and eagerness to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to accept feedback and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Availability to work weekends, with preference given to those seeking a consistent weekend schedule
  • Proficiency in typing and multitasking across various software and online platforms
  • Ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues effectively
  • Capability to enforce clinic policies with both firmness and compassion
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the welcoming face of our clinic, greeting clients and patients with warmth and kindness
  • Handle phone inquiries and client questions
  • Serve as the communication bridge between clinic staff and clients
  • Manage appointment scheduling and requests through our communication channels
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized
  • Update patient records from previous or specialty clinics
  • Process client check-outs and payments following appointments
  • Assist team members as needed
