We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to enhance our operations.
The Recruitment Specialist will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates for DreamJob Staffing clients, while also seeking new client partnerships. This role involves creating candidate pools, building trust and relationships with clients, assessing candidate suitability through effective interviews and evaluations, managing the interview and onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including resume reviews, phone screenings, candidate interviews, and final selection recommendations.
- Post and manage job listings across various platforms.
- Prepare job order forms, maintain applicant tracking systems, and generate recruiting reports.
- Coordinate pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed prior to their start date.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in searches for additional clients.
- Consult with the DreamJob Branch Manager and clients regarding job descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Research and propose new avenues for candidate recruitment.
- Participate in job fairs, community events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Continuously develop networks and partnerships to maintain a robust candidate database.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated work ethic and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel (up to 10%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
